Reverend Emily Skorupinski, Senior Pastor
Rev. Emily Skorupinski is an elder in the Baltimore-Washington Conference of the United Methodist Church. She holds a Master of Divinity with honors from Wesley Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts from Bucknell University in Economics and International Relations. Prior to answering the call to ministry, she worked at T. Rowe Price and BNY Mellon in Owings Mills, MD.
Previously, she has served at Galesville, Centenary, and Lansdowne UMCs as pastor, and she completed her pastoral internship for seminary at Pasadena UMC in Anne Arundel County. She is passionate about radically inclusive ministry, creation care, healthcare justice, and pastoral care, particularly of those affected by infertility, miscarriage, and child loss. As part of her ministry with the community, she serves on the board of directors at Bay Community Health in West River, MD and Susanna Wesley House in Baltimore, MD.

She and her husband Brad met when they lived in Baltimore City, and they currently live in Davidsonville with their children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, kayaking, sewing, reading, and going to Washington Capitals games.

Christy Little, Director of Children and Youth Ministries; Communications & Calendar
Christy Little became the Director of Children and Youth Ministries at Saint Andrew's in March 2017. She has been teaching and serving in student ministry positions since 2004.
Prior to joining Saint Andrew's, Christy served for 12 years at Kent Island UMC as Middle School Coordinator, doing everything from Sunday School to Confirmation to Youth Rallies. Christy also taught grades K-6th at Kent Island Christian School. Her duties there included instructing computer lab, assisting in core subjects, leading opening devotionals each morning, and leading 2nd Grade Bible. Christy established an after-school Bible Study for 3rd-6th graders as well as a school-wide monthly missions program. Christy also served at Calvary UMC in Annapolis as the Director of Children and Family Ministries for three wonderful years. At Calvary, Christy planned community-wide festivals for families and created unique opportunities for the children, including a children-led worship service once a year and 24-hour mission lockdowns at church.
Christy has lived in Maryland all her life. Christy and her husband Mike have been married for 35 years, and they have three wonderful sons with two incredible daughters of her heart. Christy also has six young grandchildren (two boys and four girls)!

Mark Wagner, Head of Day School
Mark Wagner has a Bachelor of Science, Biology, Towson University and a Master of Arts in Liberal Studies in Liberal Studies, Johns Hopkins University. He has been teaching for 36 years. Mark loves the complex challenges of teaching and working with young people and their parents. He values the school's commitment to helping the students grow into good human beings.

Patty Coleman, Office Administrator
Patty Coleman is a long time catechist and Volunteer of Youth Minister and outreach. Dedicated Member of NCYC and Life Teen. Certified by Office of Child & Youth Protection, Archdioceses of Baltimore. I am here to serve Saint Andrews United Methodist Parish as God has called. I am a mom to two beautiful God loving daughters and recently blessed grandma all who help me find God in my world every day. I am very spiritually grounded person and blessed to join St. Andrew's to help you carry out your mission.
Lesa Benson, Custodian
She is a native of Nebraska, where her entire family continues to reside. She worked in publishing and the art field for 28 years for the same company. She moved to this area 10 years ago in a poultry sales position covering Virginia, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and DC. Much of her energy and time is spent spoiling her two 90-pound English Labs.
